SATTVA, has been designed to offer our visitors an unforgettable gastronomic experience. SATTVA is the elemental force that represents clarity, neutrality and purity. Same as our food that comes from the garden!

We offer a whole-food plant based menu, inspired by the local cuisine, with fruits and vegetables that come directly from our organic garden or from organic gardens within the Sumapaz region. The fresh harvest is transformed in a conscious and careful way. We believe that conscious eating is your first medicine and the most effective ways to ADD PEACE to the world.

FOOD REQUIREMENTS

We are aware that each group has special nutritional requirements (intolerances, allergies, not recommended food options, etc.). We serve the uniqueness and diversity of each group.

WHAT MAKES OUR SERVICE SPECIAL

More than a restaurant, SATTVA is a space to share in community. Our kitchen´s spirit invites each group to feel at home. The food service is mixed: The main dish is placed by the kitchen staff and arranged in the kitchen counters. Each guest must approach to pick up their main course. The soup, drinks (cold and/or hot), will be served as self-service stations arranged in strategic places of the dining room. We encourage all groups to help us by bringing plates and cutlery to the respective areas of cleaning and washing once finished each meal.

Our kitchen and dining room at Casa Sumapaz can accommodate groups up to 100 people or massive 1-day events for up to 300 people.
